About Laura

I am a mother of four children including twins who has a wealth of not only personal, but also professional experience with children. I am a fully qualified Montessori teacher with 10 years teaching experience, as well as several years spent in more generalised childcare roles and nannying.

I have been fascinated with not only child development but also children's sleep since I had my first child in 2016 and feel very lucky and honoured that I get to work with families during these important milestones. I am a qualified sleep and potty consultant and my course is one of the few which has been accredited by FEDANT which is the Federation of Antenatal Educators.I am also fully insured and Garda Vetted.

My Philosophy

I started Little Steps with a goal of helping other parents navigate the challenges of both sleep and potty training. I chose to take a family centered approach and aim to provide practical, empathetic guidance and a touch of warmth to help you and your child through this journey.

I believe that every child and family is unique and deserves an individualised approach to sleep and potty training. Due to the remote nature of what I do, I have worked with families all over the world.

I am committed to providing you with the support and resources you need to succeed. I make sure I stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in sleep and potty training to ensure that you receive the most current and effective guidance.

I offer a range of services to meet your needs, including personalised consultations, tailored plans, follow up support and once off calls.  I am truly passionate about helping families achieve their sleep and potty training goals and am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
